I still think my pic thingie isn't working right. I can't seem to change from one pic to another when I want to.

What does a EACCA do exactly?

An Emergency Animal Clinic Client Administrator is basicly the dude that deals with all data entry, file keeping, money, and interaction with human owners of the pets we treat. Glorifies secratary/receptionist.
Basicly I'm the first and last person you, the pet owner, deals with at the clinic. Also, if you are rude to me or disruptive in my lobby, I can pull the plug on the whole show and send you and your broken ass pet packing (normally I have to have the DR's OK to give das boot but they have never dissagreed with me).
