That I am smitten?

if you were completely unaware , I adopted a 12 week old scottish fold kitten. Her name is Nya and it has 2 meanings 1. It's short for Nyarlathotep and 2. Is Gaelic for "purpose". She is a little ball of chaos but her purpose is to help with my stress level.

It's definitely helping. Went on a family getaway shortly after bringing her home. Stayed in an Airbnb that was on a christmas tree farm in the mountains (North Bend (Twin Peaks anyone?)) So we brought her along and let her play in the sunroom while the family was at the river. Even got her one of those bubble backpacks for adventuring.

Spring quarter is over for school and for all my stress and worries I passed math with an 82%.

I will be starting summer quarter in just a few weeks but my school already did its 2021 commencement ceremony. It felt amazing to see my name on the screen (it was all virtual) and to know that when I finish summer quarter I will be graduating with honors!

Doesn't mean I get a break from the day job though especially since our general manager just got promoted out of our market and one of my favorite directors and mentors is retiring next month (he told me I'm taking over his 37+ year spot (no pressure right? ))

But I did treat myself a little today with a whole lot Korean food and a pastry

And we have officially started the farmer's market season
