One of those people who gets excited about incentives to do my job....but it is nice to be recognized for improvement even if sales increases and the sales portion as a whole is my least favorite part of my career. I helped my boss come up with the prize tiers for the directors who had a quarterly increase in contract amounts. It's funny to me that the 2 directors who had surgery in the last quarter and were out for an extended period of time...were the ones who "won"...yes this includes me

I got the 2nd tier (out of 2) and it just happened to be to my favorite modern French bakery so I came into this lovely box on my desk this morning

I had a particularly difficult service today...so I may have eaten about half of it already. Not even sorry.

Still plugging through recovery, being a stubborn bitch and not really using the crutches unless I'm out for a long haul because I was doing fine off of them and they are giving me no relief to be back on them. I start aquatherapy next week and just keep thinking of old ladies in swimming caps doing water aerobics.

School is in session for the summer and philosophy is already making me want to scream. I kind of feel like this

We had a nice gathering with way too much on the 4th and probably made the neighbors who attended very uncomfortable since it was all my coworkers and there was a lot of death talk.
