Thanks for all the love and well wishes from my last post. The pain in my hip makes it hard to work out ( if anyone has ab work out ideas that would be easy on my hip send them my way!) which really drags down my self esteem which turns into this dumb spiral.

The best workout advice I have is that you should try to do a mix of exercise that doesn't hurt your hip. Lifting weights for example will help on burning calories and it'll burn from everywhere. This is my 6th week of working from home. I'm super busy as there are many projects going on in parallel. I have to watch out to still have a bit of outdoor time to catch some fresh air and get in some walking. Working from home isn't as easy as I imagined. I miss all the short breaks where I can go talk to my colleagues or just walk around the office to get a cup of tea or an espresso in the afternoon. Let's hope it'll continue well and we will soon see a flattening of cases in the Washington, DC area. Right now it is predicted to reach the peak end of June! Wish you the very best and I'm sure you'll master school in addition to work!
