Hope you all had a wonderful Easter, whether you celebrate it any capacity or it was just another Sunday. To me, easter means eating, mostly in the egg and ham themed categories.
We had dyed deviled eggs
Hot cross buns
Ham salad and for dessert, and heavily bastardized version of pashka (traditionally a Russian style cheese cake, but we substitued the candied cherries and citron for diced peaches, bourbon and brosn sugar)
And as always, my traditional take on the easter bunny with my own darling rabbit Wednesday
