It's been about a week since I updated, but there really isn't any news here.
I worked all weekend, but that's good, because I desperately need the money. Plus I got to work with my dear friend Mel and catch up with her a bit. Got to catch up with my friend Dami yesterday while we hunted for bridesmaid dresses for her wedding. I need to get a dress for her wedding, and for another wedding that I have to go to Texas for in October. But I'm so happy for my amazing friends who are marrying amazing guys!
I also stocked up on some Valentine's candy that my mother had gotten me addicted to: Peeps raspberry marshmallow hearts coated in chocolate...fucking yummy.
Mel and I are going to have a girl's day Friday, and I'm so excited. Pedicures and super girliness, but in awesome, dyed-hair, tattooed, punkish way. I think we may be going to see Emilie Autumn too. Should be neat.
I'm really trying to get healthy, and Corey's mom and sister and I went back to Zumba last night. They're going to the gym at least 5 days a week, I'm good with two a week and walking Molly every weekday.
I'm seriously looking into schools now, get all my pre-reqs done before getting into Bastyr (which happens to be where Dami is getting married in August). But I'm kind of procrastinating because I don't want to start going to a school in Renton and then we end up getting an apartment closer to Seattle.....(which we are really looking in to)
There's a new need in my life...and it's a ball of fluff and cuteness. I miss Astrid and try to see him often, but I really hate going over to my parents' house. I'm just glad he's getting out of the room and playing with their dog. And Corey has promised me that when we get our own place, I can get another pet, but I have to choose between:

Well, I'm off to clean a bit, look into schools and keep Molly away from the guys building the neighbor's fence
