I'm not even sure why I'm updating. Small things have happened since Thursday, but they're big in my world...because honestly...WHAT THE HELL DO I DO?

I wish I would have been mischievious on Friday the 13th...but I wasn't. I also realized that that day was my Great Uncle's birthday (who had a whole lot of 13's in his life), the one who had passed within my first 6 months of living in Sacramento.

I've had probably one of the most boring weekends possible. I went into work on Saturday to ask them about the floorset that was supposed to happen yesterday, they told me it had been moved up and was already done, but there's one NEXT sunday, and another one the sunday after that. Still don't know what time, but I'll wait for the calls. I also got a new vacuum on Saturday. Oh the small victories and joys of a "domestic goddess". I went crackhead crazy, cleaning yesterday. And it's kind of continued this morning.

I even got up at a decent time this morning. Thanks to having taken Melatonin last night. I'm not sure I like the all over body fog I get from taking it though...oh well, I'm just hoping to use it to get on a normal sleep schedule and then stop using it.

I had also asked the wonderful, darling LillithVain for tips on putting up the mohawk. I realize I need to have it trimmed and texturized, but what she sent me back was highly helpful and wildly amusing. She is a doll!

I have done a couple more clay pieces, nothing spectacular though: just an awkwardly colorful and cartoony spider with wings for someone back home, a keychain sized brain slug...and a small yellow and green and flat snail, after seeing the pictures of Xombe's daughter and her snails. I may turn it into a barette.
I'm attempting to make a Companion Cube for my daarling Corey, but damnit all to hell it's hard to get a perfect cube using your hands.

My apartment is almost clean, but I'm getting the itch to start packing up my belongings in preparation to move back. It may be a bit soon for that though. Hrrmpph.

I'm very excited to hear my dear friend RemoD66's tales and excitement of his performance in REPO! The Genetic Opera. He says it's a must that I'm there for opening night again, and I love that! I think him playing Luigi is just PERFECT!

...sorry I don't have pictures this time around.

OH! I did go to the junkyard. I didn't find my old car, but I found a similar model, just two years older, same color....interesting. We looked for Corey's old truck that had broken down during his move here over a year ago. No luck there either. It was hot and dusty...and I was the only female (at least the only one who looked female). There was very little shade....and writing on a few cars marking where wasp nests were.

Corey and I are going to see Scott Pilgrim VS the World today when he gets home. He got me the roll of film of one of the trailers of said movie...and he said I could sell it to someone for the right price. The first person I thought of was Bob...but who knows.

I think I've rambled on enough for this morning. Don't forget about my two sets that are sitting there all lonely (still waiting on the lovely Hexxus for edits on another set), and of course, my wishlist....yeah.

Have a good week darlings out there in SGland!
