This is going to be short and bland.
My spring break was pretty dull. I made the 4 flags, and the hat, and have oggled over things that I want and can't afford.
My dad came down Thursday evening ( YAY DAD) and brought my new car, a 1995 Chevy Corsica, It's nowhere near as nice as my Sentra was, but it's a car. It sat in a pasture for over a year, so it's kind of grimy inside. Theres a dent next to the trunk where a horse kneed it. It runs well and it'll get me around. I'm sure I'll warm up to it soon.
Dad and I wandered Old Sac yesterday after running other errands. I got to see more of that area than I ever had ( Dad and I like to wander, Corey just hates that area) and we got our staple of chocolate milk and donuts, then truffles at a chocolate shop. We had to leave early because I forgot I was suosed to be at the apt to make sure the window guy had everything he needed. Corey's truck got broken into AGAIN on the early morning of April 1. But this time it was in front of our apt and they took his stereo deck and Ipod.
Dad and I made ham, candied yams and green bean casserole for dinner, then I helped Corey pack. This morning I had to wake up at 4 am and drive Corey to the airport so he could go home (back up to washington)for the Easter weekend. I came bac to the apt and slept for another 4 hours, and now I'm up again, preparing to take Dad to the airport so he can go home too.
On top of all of them leaving (which really....makes me feel emotionally like shit), somehow I got sick again. My throat is so sore and my voice is hoarse. I guess I'll be sleeping off my depression and sickness until Monday, when I have to go back to school.
