Just got back from a good couple of days at a lake. It was quite and slow paced, where, to be honest, the only thing to do was relax. No distractions. I like to think that it helped to put some perspective back in my life. I do have some plans to help keep me a little more relaxed and even keel. Let's hope I can stick to them.

Everyone got 4th plans? My will hopefully have something to do with Strongbow.
