This is very unusual for him...normally he is all about jumping on the keyboard and annoying the shit out of me. He's still not over his latest bout with a UTI. Poor baby...he looks miserable.
Otherwise, I'm hiding inside...hoping that the tropical storm will wash all the dirt and grime out of New Orleans and all dirty industrial cities. And...provide much needed rainfall for Birmingham. The hot weather makes for stink.
Nothing stinks as much as overheated garbage.
Ordinarily, I like a bleak, barren landscape...but in the sweltering heat, it just makes my mood worse. I enjoy bleakness in the fall and wintertime more.
I long for cold weather.
