if a list where drawn up of things you do for others
it would have maybe 10 things on it.
untill you turned it upside down and realised those things where not done out of kindness but of duty.
therefore the things would fall off the list.
add them up again

now make up a list of things that other people do for you,
out of kindness
admiration
compasion and friendship..
