it seems that every thing i have worked for has payed off.
i have the job that i dreamt about since this crazy trip started.
but all i want is my house back, the one with the splinters on the floor that ruined all my socks
the upstairs kids playing basketball in the house at 9 am.
i want to see the glowing tooth across the street.
i miss the pianist practicing at 4 am. i want to see the seaguls in the morning looking at me as i hurry home, trying not to notice the scary man following.

i want it to be wednesday and declare once again "today is pijama day"

i want to be able to buy wine and beer at the grocery store.
i hate calgary.

its too clean here.
art is what you make your kids do while you walk on the treadmill.

ive negotiated my wage to an outstanding amount.
i never imagined being payed that much.

but.
i have to wear a uniform to work.

i have a car
but no where to go.

i wish i had never ever met the circus.
the circus freak stole my art
stole my time
and owe me money.

if i stop sleeping.
maybe i will dream while im awake.
