The CEO of my company emailed my boss telling him that my overtime needs to stop immediately.... uh, sorry but you'll pay me for the time I spend while I'm there, and I do a TON of SHIT work for those douche bags... on top of ALL my sales dept responsibilities, they expect me to answer the phones, run errands, take shit for THEIR damn screw ups from their clients, be the middle person between franchisees and/or customers when they have to give bad news to them..... why the FUCK do you think I don't get shit done ASSHOLES?! It's because you pile up the SHIT work that YOU don't want to deal with (not EVEN to mention the lack of communication AND organization there)!!!
