Guess what? Its 11AM and I freaking missed my cell phone alarm clock this morning!
What happened? My company decided to issue an update to our cell phones last night around 3AM or so that downloaded all the contact entry changes into the phones company-wide. The problem? The update required you to click "YES" before it could procede and it didnt allow the phone to do anything else before clicking "YES" i.e. letting calls come through, alarm clock go off, etc.
So, what now? Well, I just showered at 11AM and am now heading into the office
Should I really go in even though half the day is gone? After all, I am a manager. Yes! I need to get out of this hotel room... hotel's are nice but staying here at night is enough!
Will I get anything done? Hopefully yes. I have a shit-load of email to catch up on now that budgets are over (for a week or 2)
