I know, I know.. I've been real quiet lately. But hey, at least I have a legitimate excuse

so for the past few weeks I've been steadily renovating my house (Complete overhaul mode, mind you). It started innocent enough, a magic eraser here, a fresh coat of paint there... But then it grew into this hellbeast of a project which has wound up taking much more time than I anticipated. So far I've removed all of the trim around the doors and windows in my house, spackled and sanded all the holes and gouges, primed everything at least twice and now i'm working on the final coats of paint

Tonight I should be able to actually finish all of the painting in the living room, entertainment room, hallway and (new) dining room. Really hoping to be able to put up the trim soon and then once that's done its carpet time! I'll put up some pictures for your viewing enjoyment here in the next few days of all this progress.
