i am so grateful that it's a friday, and friday the 13th is even cooler. i don't have the fear of thirteen like some people. i think it's a pretty foxy number in fact. for example, there are 13 moons in a year. ain't nothing scary about the moon....
sigh. this week was crazy but it passed quickly. it's such a blur i don't even know how to begin re-capping it. my band is sounding tighter all the time, and i'm enjoying practice more and more. we have three gigs coming up, so that's exciting.
i'm going down to scenic las vegas tomorrow for my cousin's wedding. i mostly loathe ridiculously chaotic metropolitan settings, and mercifully, he's getting married in the desert, so thank god/goddess i won't have to spend much time on the strip. although i do really want to see that plastination exhibit....purely for the purposes of anatomy study, not out of morbid curiosity of course....
