Oh, the hoops they make us jump through. My mentor (best word for it... father figure maybe?) is a LCSW and he sees a lot of clients who are getting care through the state. He is encouraged (or coerced) to spend as little time with them as possible to see as many of them as he can in the course of a day. They get more funding this way. It really bothers him, obviously...
