WOW I am soooo overwhelmed with the love on my recent set! This set means so much to me so I wanted to tell you guys more about it!
Rivulet CHECK IT OUTTTT <3
Firstly it was shot by Australia's only staff photographer @exkyu and I can't believe I hadn't shot with him sooner because I love every single picture in this set, there is no bad shot!
Back in January this year Sydney had a shootfest that was actually a couple hours out of Sydney at the most beautiful bush surrounding house. That being said I didn't shoot in the house, we went for a drive this little creek type thing that had gone over the road. It was still water from memory. It was beautiful, the sun was warm but we were nicely shaded and it was SO peaceful, I felt so relaxed and comfortable, I had a really great time shooting this.
Outfit wise I didn't think about it much I went with something super simple and plain but I really just wanted to show off my modelling and the amazing location. simple bonds bra, cotton on body gstring and my all time fave pair of overalls. I didn't do anything to my hair bar washing it and my makeup was SO minimal.
It didn't take us long to realize that we weren't alone in the water, long creepy ass leeches that repeatedly bit Exkyu and for the very SHORT period of time I was in the water nibbling on my toes!! it was so creepy!! But coming from Australia and growing up on a farm in the bush that stuff doesn't bother me too much. So neither did the flying bugs, ants or the scratches and cuts I got from the tree while I was posing. I had many sore muscles and bruises on my back the next day from that tree haha
Also we had a ute drive past which was SUPER awkward and funny and a guy walking by the car, I think we believe they were geocaching in the area or something but it was pretty tame.
Anyway I'm really happy with the initial response from this set! This is my 10th yes my TENTH set as a hopeful suicide girl over the nearly 4 years I've been on the site... hopefully this is the one that turns me pink! I've had a really good year with SG already so that would be the cherry on top for me!
