What is something you have done to help someone recently!
I usually am one to talk to my friends when they have a problem or problems or need advice. I enjoy talking to people and trying to help them however I can... whether it is just talking to them and trying to make them feel better, encourage them things will get better, suggestions and advice on things to try, or trying to get them out to get their mind off of stuff. I had a friend recently who was feeling really down, and I told them to not let their emotions get the best of them (which they tend to let that happen). I found ways to get them to laugh at some points and shared some of the memories we had of fun times. They seemed to cheer up some and started looking at a positive attitude and not dwelling on things in the past.
I feel really good if I am able to help someone through and make them laugh. I recently did some mad libs at work for a little bit with a friend and co-worker that produced a lot of laughs... to the point either of us could barely speak because we were laughing so hard. The one thing I remember them saying was that they had not laughed that hard in a long time. It is a simple, little thing to do and I enjoy making people laugh and making their day. If you haven’t done mad libs before or it’s been awhile, you can search for them online and fill them out! You can make them as innocent or raunchy as you want! Sometimes the naughtier the better! Hahaha 😉
