I feel like I haven't been on here in forever truth be told, I really haven't been. I have had to play catch up with all the beautiful and amazing sets that have come into member review...which was a lot at one point but I think I have finally caught up. I have been trying to be more active on here but life does get in the way. The weather is beginning to finally cool where I live and I think fall has finally arrived. Time for things to slow down and my countdown until my Christmas vacation starts getting closer and closer (56 days but who is counting? Lol).
Speaking of countdowns and things moving slow....let's talk about the status of some of my sets! Let's start with some past sets first!
* Who You Gonna Call? is my debut set on Suicidegirls. It finally hit the 1200 mark! A personal victory for myself as I didn't anticipate it would do that well (I honestly didn't think it would qualify and if it did, it would only hit 200...but I was so tickled to see the love it got!). It is now at 1235....woo hoo!!! Thanks to all of you who loved and commented on my debut set! If you haven't seen it yet, please Click here to view it! I always love reading the comments!
* Call Me Alice Capone is my second set. I always am a sucker for black and white photographs and I just like how classy they feel (not that color can't be, it most certainly can and has been in many sets I have seen). During shooting my cat, Bauchus, decided to photobomb the set (which cats tend to do anyways), but it added to the fun in shooting the set. This set has now hit 760 hearts! * Sweet Seduction is my most recent set in Member review. I love how it turned out and think it is by far my best set yet in MR. As a result of a little survey I did of what should I do next, a set with me wearing lingerie was the winner and I had the perfect outfit in mind...and it turned out to be gorgeous! So lets talk the present (or close to it!). In one month, my fourth set, "Clear", taken by the wonderful @sunshine will hit Member Review. I can't say enough about how wonderful @sunshine is and how much she brings life and happiness into a room. She is very chill and great to work with. I can't wait for this set to hit Member Review....@sunshine was able to capture what I for a long time considered a flaw (my gap teeth) and make it beautiful (I rarely smile and show my teeth because every now and then that self confidence hides back in its cave). Here is another preview of that next set!
I am estimating this set to hit Member Review around November 17 or 18....so please check back around that time and leave your love and comments!!!
Now onto the future!!!
As many of you are aware, it's hard sometimes to not only find photographers around you, but to also schedule time and secure funding to create quality and gorgeous sets. Sometimes, you have to go outside of where you live and travel to destinations to work with photographers you have wanted to work with. Well, provided this hopeful can make it happen with funding, I'm fully intending on making a trip to the NOLA shootfest in 2020! I have heard of another shootfest in Nashville next year in January, however I unfortunately will not be able to make that one due to work (though if I could I would do both!). I have not yet traveled anywhere to shoot a set outside of my state, so this will be a big first! With all this being said, funding may be a little tight, so please give my sets some love if you love them and if you would like to tip, please do so for me or any of the lovely ladies on this site! We all strive to make these beautiful sets the best we can for you!
It may take some time for a 5th set to hit member review next year , but there will be at least one set that will be up in Member Review in 2020! If I can swing two or even three, even better! But 2020 will have at least one new set :) Thanks for all of your love and continued support! <3 <3
