The voices ring in my head
as i try to fall asleep
kept awake by pounding
voices
racing thoughts
turning over time
and time again.
Blankly staring at the glaring screen
tapping at the keys
clicking at the mouse
searching in an endless
webbed world
for comfort.

What are the best ways that you put yourself to sleep at night?
