There is so much humanity in the passing of our years, in the aging and the changing of our bodies that I can't but feel a sense of celebration at the turn of the hour. Finally, it gives me this hope that as the years continue to wane, the girls will continue to tell their story and I as I grow to 50, they will grow to 50. And though I will never know most of women, I can look upon their stories and ultimately reflect upon myself.
