Okay here is the conclusion to my drunken Friday night adventures.
First of all I went out after work with most of the people I work with from the office and the outside sales guys who were in town for the meeting on Saturday. I bought myself dinner and two drinks and someone was nice enough to cover my third drink for me.
At that point people started to leave and head back to their hotel and a different bar. I head out with a few people to chat and hang out. I don't see the outside sales guys except for once every other month, I talk with them on the phone but rarely see them. We got to the second bar and i got a second Tokyo Ice Tea. The first one was strong and this one was as well. Now I sit down with Chris and Phil to chat and Bob and Wendy come back to tell us they are going for dinner with Ed, and we should come too. so I had to finish that drink in a hurry. (Big mistake that drink kicked my ass for the next four hours) But we all went to A. Sabella's down by the wharf. Awesome restaurant, I had clam chowder which Ed covered for me (Awesome Guy), but we left and when I bad it back to Bart I realized I left my bag there.
Now i cary a bag with me where ever I go. It's like a shoulder satchel kind of bag. I had my last Netflix movie, my gameboy advanced and a bunch of games (X-Mas Gift from my mom), and a book The Annotated Dragon Lance Chronicles (which took me about 4 years to find a copy of). And I got the number for the restaurant and called them and they claim no one left a bag there and they will call me if they find it.
So now I am pissed. I am missing my gameboy (from my mom) and a book that I worked hard for years to look for. And this is probably only worthy anything significant to me. The book and gameboy plus game might be worth about 20-30 bucks but it still pisses me off that an expensive restaurant would lose my stuff.
