i have internet access again. woo.
things are pretty excellent, aside from a couple issues here and there. my house is abso-fucking-lutely adorable, and coming together perfectly. corey has yet to sleep one night in his new place (which he's been in for three weeks), we're spending a lot of time together. it's going so well, that seems to be all i can say about it. i love everything about him.
i've still got some medical stuff going on, and it's not quite cleared up. i'm getting entirely too casual with my doctor, i've seen him so often. most recently (three or four days ago), i was prescribed a third round of antibiotics, referred to a urologist, and scheduled for a renal ultrasound. i got a call back the next day, telling me they needed to do more tests (including a STAT pregnancy test?) and they needed another UA. for the record, i am absolutely NOT pregnant (without a doubt) and informed the nurse of this, but said they could go ahead with a test anyway if they wanted. as long as everything turns out fine with that, he said he'll just write me a handful of scripts for antibiotics and have me fill them as neccessary (in which case, he'd inform me as to how often is TOO often and when i should be concerned). in my future: the possibility of a cystoscopy, which involves a scope, my urethra, and pictures of my bladder. for the love of god, let this part be unnecessary.
aside from that, i've got a corner where ants are getting in. AND, my dad will be leaving for the midwest this month to spend a month in jail.
that SOUNDS like a lot of bad stuff, but really, i'm a happy bunny. corey and i both had the day off today, and stayed in bed until 3 this afternoon. we're going to go see 'supersize me' this evening. maybe stop and get something extra-tastey from the mcdonalds corporation on the way.
