i absolutely support the repair of a face from an accident or deformity, what im talkin bout in that poster is just the opposite, meaningless nips and tucks to fit into some fucked up social norm that society has made you hate the way you look by providing you with ideas of perfection, right on for your uncle fixing victims and such, i think thats admirable.
