my mind is overloaded right now. I picked up this graphic design book, and theres so much cool shit that I want to try out.
I have to work on book design, mainly cause I want my novel to not look like a regular graphic novel, but something really different, really eye catching.
I have this frame of mind lately that I cannot allow a person to have "all of the cards" wheither it is in relationships or otherwise. you have to sacrafice something in order to get anything at anytime. I'm not going to allow the girl I hooked up with to become some type of fuck-buddy. I have alot of work to do this year and I just can't handle the added pressure of "does she care about me? or doesn't she?
I always have this thought reoccuring in my head that the reason I don't concern myself with relationship is that in some way it'll fuck up my attention to my book
I can't let that happen just yet.

yeah, that pic is from valentine's day- i went to a good friend's birth. it was awesome. she had an easy birth and i snuck her out of labor and delivery when she was in early labor and we went down to the cafeteria and ate waffles.
she had a precious baby girl.
