what i did today in pictures...

i helped my sister paint the baby's room.

it's a very bright green. not a soothing baby color, but definitely stimulating. my sister got this crib sheet set thing that has little cats and dogs on it. when my mom gets into town, we're going to blow up the images of those and paint them on the walls. it's going to be SO cute.

also: i got to feel the baby kick! i am So Excited i can barely stand it.

after spending all day, including lunch and dinner (mmm... burritos!), i came home and dyed my hair. hallelujah. it looks five thousand times better. see?





of course, no evening would be complete without my cat attacking my sweatpants and showing everyone how cute he is when he's trying to be vicious.

and now... most of my friends are out of town or working, so what better thing to do than go with the few remaining ones to take advantage of the ones working. drinking, here we come!

later there will be an ER run at 3am.
no. i'm serious. not to worry. it's not me. gotta help a friend take care of some business when she gets out of work.

but that's later. first, we drink!
