got back about 2 hours ago from the beantown. (sorry i didn't call heathavoid. i got distracted by really horrible porn and a heated waterbed.) i was going to be home early yesterday so that i could clean the apartment and ML and i could hang out. well... i didn't get off the couch i fell asleep on until about 9 last night when laurie and i made a food and cigarette run. i'd been up for awhile. we watched the ring (which was totally not as scary as i thought it would be, but actually sort of good) and played dr. mario for HOURS.
that's pretty much all we'd done the night before, too. i showed up at the house about 8 and laurie and steve started the dr. mario tournament about then. i left to meet betsy, came back about 11 and it was still going on. add john and matt into the mix and you've got this endless amount of nintendo playing. i kicked ass at ducktales. that's my game, man. stayed up until about 6, i think, smoking, drinking, playing. it was a good time. and it just continued all through yesterday until laurie and i ended up passed out in their bed watching a movie.
my first day off in over a week was a good one, i'd say.
and now it's back to the grind. i need some fucking coffee and good cigarettes. i ran out of american spirits yesterday and ended up buying basics to last me. bleh.
off to work and to get the new recover CD that came out last week.

going back to work really sucks after a day or two off. although this morning i was surprisingly...awake! considering i went to sleep late. [well i did sleep in really late on sunday]
