So I got the call yesterday afternoon. I got the job I was going for. Good company, in a union so I will get great benifits, 401K, paid vacation, paid holidays an maybe just maybe a company truck to drive back and forth to work.
I will be making around 1buck an hour less than I was but I would take 8/hour cut just to not have to deal with all of the back stabbing and stress and the constant fear that they I was gonna get shorted on my paychecks.
All in all it is a great deal for me. Plus if I get board in the winter when I get laid off I can shoot down to the portland area and work down there where the co. is based out of.
This means I will pob. buy a house this year, finish my car and be able build the street fighter/chopper I have been planning.
Oh and not to mention I plan on winning the lottery this year too.
