Don't want to argue or anything, but I also don't take part because either the stream quality is poor, but also because I think that the chat message and / or tips are either not showing up, or with a huge delay... making it appear as if you were ignored indeed.... sometime it's just a technical glitch in the matrix and not disrespect from the streamer SG/SGH... just my $0.02
