also, my best friend is now dating one of my other friends. i am happy they finally sealed the deal, but am a little sad that my bff will most likely now not be as available for late night emergency calls and the like.

there was a great thunderstorm today with plenty of lightning and thunder. t-storms are fairly common back home, but apparently are pretty rare out here.
today i made s'mores on the stove and took the dog for a walk. he was mistaken for a beagle. (he's a jack russel)
