The last few weeks have been kind rough. Me and my girlfriend are at odds constantly, and it seems to only ben getting worse. I've been looking for a second job, or at least a full-time one since the one I have now pays absolutely jack. I dunno...
I did finally "officially" try out for this black metal band. I guess they're ok, but they're nothing speical. The lyrics are average, and the music is repetitive....the vocals are either death growls or whispering, and is kinda annoying. However, nothing will ever beat the band I was in a few years ago, so beggars can't be choosers. Even though I listen to black metal, I still listen to plenty of other things, like 90's alternative and hell..Celtic Woman...so it's hard for me to play music that's just loud and fast just for the sake of it without any real melody.
Maybe I'm over thinking this whole thing...who knows.
