If it's a stranger's pee, you never know who has bacteria in their urine that's antibiotic resistant. However, if your getting a lot of pee on you, pee is bad because it's very caustic, and can cause skin break down, and if you lie around in your own pee a lot, you can get bed sores, that can then become tunneling necrotic decubitae, and then you'll have a hole the size of both fists in your ass.
