I am feeling better, i dont get winded anymore by moving. Which is a very good sign. The cardio doc said there isn't anything to worry about, but i need to go back in like to weeks when my asthma is completly under control, so they can run a stress test Great.... me on a treadmill . hehehe

Um... I added some new picts from this morning. Me shaving my head and face .. i know... OH BOY
there is also a video, but i need to find someplace to host it, when i do, the link will be posted so you can see the fat man in action, shaving his head.

Update:
Just got back from karaoke


Mark (one of my bosses) and I had a great Time. Played some pool, Joked around, enjoyed some bad music. but the end of the night was just so fucking beautiful, its hard to put into words.

Final song: I touch my self
Sang: by all the pretty girls at the bar
mark and I grab our seats and drag them up near the stage, and about 30 seconds later impromptu lapdances occured
