I am healthy once again, other then the stiff joints and aches that always follow high fevers. Which is pretty cool. tommorow is a very special day for me.... my last day as a meat eater... and im going to do it up in style... pulled pork with root beer gravy in the crock pot, beef tips, burnt ends.. double w00t!

i was a vegan for close to three years in my life, i was in decent shape, had energy and was dating alot more. Dont get me wrong, i like being round... But when i look in the mirror, i dont see a fat person, i see ME...... my lady obviously dosent mind it, and at times, i think she likes the fact that im a "big cuddly Boy" ..... i've always been the big one, everygroup of friends has had that one kid, Be it Donkey Lips, Spanky, Chunks, Curly or Porky pig. ... im a fucking Pop icon for christs sake.

But, there are definatly side effects of being "fat". too many to list really... so lets chalk this weekness of mine to want to be thin up to wanting to live longer




my goal is to be 200lbs by Summer

thats 70 lbs i must lose.
