does that seem crass?

with that said, and thou , hehehe it probobly shouldnt of.

now, im talking about the act here, not the emotion (thou i guess, in the grand scheme of things they are one in the same maybe.. but im no expert)
if two people are deeply, and fully in love, does any acts of sexual intamacy = making love? can two people, who arent in a relationship (ie, friends with benefits) still make love or would that be (insert favorite eupimism for bumbing uglies)?

Some examples - are these making love
ward & june cleaver , they have seperate beds.. but lets say, they liked to roll play or severe discipline..... would that be considered making love?(yep, i know im going to hell for that one)
A girlfriend taking a strap on to her boyfriend,Two friends on E - so full of emotion.... would that be making love?
