Assault and battery on the human anatomy (Part 2)
Three more miles of running for my life, crunches, and, of course, those lovely ladies in spandex and tight shorts. Then I confined myself in the sauna until I started to hallucinate. Oh god it was great! I think I was singing "Is It My Body?" by Alice Cooper for several minutes. Finally, I staggered out when I could not bear it any longer; I went to the mirror to see if I was done. Stick a fork in me...fuck yeah I was done!
