Well, thank you all so much for your opinions of the dress colour...I got the green/ blue one 
I did take all comments into concideration and do appreciate them but I think I was really after the softer look. And I know that Ill wear it again (to another friends 21st) and wherever elce. I also think the red/ black took away from the softness of the material and overall dress which is what draw me to it.
But then again im often told that things I wear "dont work/ match" and thats just the way I wear stuff some times.

Oh - and talking about clothes - heres a pic of the cutest skirt in the world.....but I couldnt afford it......*sigh* I should have just gone without groceries that week
