I'm sorry I have been away so long. Thanks to all of those concerned.
To make a long story short, the reason for my unexpected sabbatical involved a computer virus, moving to a new apartment, 20 hours of overtime at work, not-so-speedy phone service, and a cat with an fetish for chewing on wires.
