Our office has big windows. Once in a while, a bird will smack into them, causing me great delight. This happy occasion occured a few days ago. A small, brown bird smacked into our windows and fell to the ground. A crowd rushed to the window to see what happened to the little bird. It was lying on the ground motionless, probably out cold. Then 2 big blackbirds appeared and started to rip the little bird to pieces. This caused the crowd to erupt into laughter and screams. One woman cried out, "Stop those evil birds!" People laughed at her and said that it was nature's way. I just watched them rip apart that little bird, thinking about going to Albertson's and picking up a bag of wings.
