So this is a weekend in which I get to relax...a bit. I have to get my thesis completed by November 2, but I have to meet with one of my advisers first. So I really can't do much until next week.
I went to go visit my old roommate, Regan, and his new wife, Beth, at their place because they got a new puppy. She was really cute, and kept trying to eat Regan's face and hair. Beth has never had a dog before, and I think she's still hung up on how cute the dog is and not the responsibility that goes into taking care of a dog.
My friend Scott's birthday was yesterday, so we went to go see The Vampire's Assistant. He's read all the books when he was younger. Man that movie was fucking terrible. Well, the main kid is what made it really bad. It was a cheesy kids movie, kinda, but the kid they got to play the main character couldn't fucking talk...he mumbled through all of his lines. I really should have gone to see Where the Wild Things Are.
