Well, I'm up in the Chicago area for my sister's wedding reception. Even though she had her wedding two months ago, this is for all the people who couldn't make it to the Dominican Republic for the wedding. I'm only here for a few days...and that's all I need. My mom wanted me to stay for longer, but any longer and I would go insane. I can only take so much of my family before they annoy the crap out of me. Hopefully I'll survive until Saturday. There is a LOT of alcohol here...so that will help.
I'm really happy that BetteJean has a new studio! It sucks that she has to move so close to her wedding, but I think it will be a much better deal for her and Ryan. It's going to be a crazy week of weddings, moving, and getting settled in.

I don't mind painting actually...I just find it funny how it's only after you get me to do it do I ask myself why I'm actually doing it.

Well, my mom is usually THE painter of everything, but she works 11-8 Thursday-Monday during the school year so she wasn't able to do anything. And Ryan's mom is a school teacher, but since it's summer break they're both available.
