Wow...yesterday was probably the most boring day ever. Everyone I knew was out of town. All my friends went to Chicago to a wedding. So I basically sat at home and watched movies, played video games, and rocked out to music. It's weird, because I've always considered myself kind of a loner...but I've really grown attached to my friends here in Macomb. It's going to be sad when I have to leave here. 
Today was pretty fun though, even though we were all REALLY lazy. My best friend Ryan and his fiance, BetteJean (it's still weird to think of her that way), came over with another friend and we watched all three Lord of the Rings. It's been a long time since I've done that, but some people hadn't seen all of them, so it was a good time. I always have fun with them no matter what we do anyway.
Tomorrow I'm hopefully going to find myself a place to live. I'm looking into some houses around campus. Hopefully one of them can give me a 6 month lease. My roommate got a house to rent which he said I could stay in with him, but it's a good couple of miles outside of town. And I feel like I would be intruding because his fiance will be moving in come October. I also need to sign up for classes...hopefully my adviser can get me into the closed class she's teaching. It's kinda one of the reasons I gave myself for staying...besides the fact that I got screwed over on my thesis a little.
