It is balls cold here. The high today was -5...that's just not right. I need to move someplace warmer.

My life is like a bad drama right now. My ex and I went on a "break" just before Christmas but I come to find out it's because she was sleeping with some guy she worked with. I'm not sad...I was severely depressed after I got back from visiting her...but I realized how bad she treated me and stopped feeling sorry for myself and just got angry. But I just find out that she had been cheating on me...which makes me even more angry. So I try to contact her because she has about $2500 worth of my things in her apartment. She won't even answer the phone so we have to do this all over text-messages...so immature. But she's trying to tell me that they were all gifts and that I'm not entitled to them. Does she honestly think I'm going to let this go...fuck that whore. So it turns out that I'm probably going to have to take her to small claims court. Which sucks because I have to file in Oregon where she lives...and I live in Illinois. Oh well, I'll just add my travel expenses and lawyer fees to the suit. I didn't want it to come to this...but she's being an immature bitch about the whole thing. I feel really bad for my friend Beth...she is my roommate's fiance...and my ex is her best friend and maid of honor. Should make the wedding real interesting if this does end up going to court.
