Well, I started the second phase of my thesis today. I'm still not done extracting my DNA, but I only have 18 samples left and need the liquid nitrogen for that...which I won't get until school starts again. Really didn't get much done today though...only prepared my primers for amplification. Tomorrow we should start in on the amplification process...fun fun.
