Ello All...
I haven't been much for blogging for a long time and I apologize for that. My life was in the shitter for a lil while in just about every phase. Had a following out with my ex roommates about our living situation that lead in hasting decision to move in with another friend. I didn't even stay there for a full day before i moved back in with my folks, which if it wasn't for them i would in a gutter somewhere, where i decided i was going to buy my first house.
So I found a house that i really liked and got my offer accepted before the deadline for the first time home owners tax credit, which means I can re-file this years taxes and get 10% of the amount I'm paying for the house added to my returns for this year. So I will hopefully be closing on my house in 1 week... I am actually excited about something for once.
I still trying to mend fences with my ex-roommates, hoping I can do that once I get back to work. I have been out of work for about 2 weeks after having a lot of surgery done on my sinuses. Of the ten sinus areas a person has i had surgery on 9 out of the 10 plus had a deviated septum fixed. So I'm basically broke until i get back to work, but in return my stress level is way down which is something else I've really needed in my life.
A month ago I met a girl through a mutual friend and we really hit it off... I love my Pineapple and I am very Happy and lucky to have her in my life. She lives a short distance away, a bout a hour drive each way, whish is both a blessing and pain but one we are both willing to deal with. She is really big on karaoke and has been really trying to get me to come on stage and sing with her... I'm not the biggest fan of being the center of attention but hope to try ti sometime with her or just by myself.
I had a lot of anger in my past blogs which i hope to put behind me. I lost of few friends here because of that and because i stopped commented on their blogs which i hope to resolve.
So thank for all my SG friends... You kind words are always a welcome.
