Back on homeworks! Things everyone should know?

Hi my dear!

This week @rambo @missy and @lyxzen gave us a very interesting thread: 3 things we think everyone should know how to do.

Personally I think there are A LOT of things everybody should know how to do, but I'll try to list only 3, and explain why.

1- The first thing everyone shall learn how to do is accept his/herself as he/she is, without trying t be what others woant them to be. Trying to change ourselves leads to repressed, angry and depressed human beings. Just be who you are, and someone will love you just that way. But, if yu don't like yourself, nobody will ever be allowed to see the good in you, as you'd be hiding it.

2- Being in peace in nature. As you know I love nature and I love hearing, smelling, tasting and just living the Nature. I think everyone should learn how to stand in the middle of nowhere and feel in peace and home, because there's where we are from, we all, no matter our color or race. Nature is our Mother and Father our Teacher and our Home, it can be terrifying sometimes, and that's why it's stunning. It remember us that we are little and tiny in the Universe, and by remembering it we can grow and accept ourselves, also we can look into us and find what we want to grow and how to make it.

3- I really think everyone shall learn how to stay by themselves alone, for few hours or days, just reading, watching films, being in nature... Anything, just be in peace with yourelf and enjoy who you are, it will make you a better person by seeing in the deepest of your soul and understand if you really like who you became or if you want to change something. It worked with be, first I learned how to enjoy my own company and then I found great people in my life. No one will ever feel welcomed if you first don't welcome yourself.

1. People would be a lot more interesting if they were themselves instead of someone who everyone else wanted them to be.  2. Strongly agreed! We really needed that 10-day Alaskan cruise.  I used to go camping alone for several days at a time.  After getting married, I don't really do that any more, but still love the outdoors.  3. Totally! Even if you're married, you need to still spend some time alone.  Good advice!
