Hello all,

Well with the start of the year I figured that I had best get my but into gear and blast out the exercise. After two days of running and sprint sessions mixed in, I am suffering the joyous effects of lactic acid. The pain and discomfort better be worth it! Let's face the truth though, I like the pain he he he.

I suppose that most "our people" must or we wouldn't get tatt's or modify our bodies.

Over christmas I bumped into an old chicklette matey who was into scarification (is that even a term?). Whilst I was away (haven't seen her in years), she performed some mods on herself and cut a spiraling rut into her arm running from wrist to elbow. The scar that is left behind is quite thick and I think that she went rather deep. Thankfully she doesn't seem to have done too much damage. Dispite the concerning potential that she could have hit veins, tendons and the scar tissue traveling deeper into her arm, it looks good (NOT THAT I TOLD HER THAT).

On a happier not I just checked out aphobia, her new set is really good. The colours and bondage overtones are great. Should be encoraged more he he he.
