Went to the anti-racist rally thsi afternoon. Approximately 4000 people showed up. Good turn up.
All our state and US senators and congresspeople, the governor, the attourney general and the secretary of state were there. Noticably absent is our asshole mayor who brought all this shit down in the first place with an incredibly ignorant, condescending open letter to the local Somali community, which caught the attention of the WCOC and National Alliance.
A letter from Muhamad Ali was read, though I wish teh champ himself had been there to read it.
I'm so tired. I clapped for nearly three straight hours, shouted and hollered, then walked the mile and a half home in sub zero weather.
