Gah!
Gah!
I worked on clearing out my garden this afternoon. There was a frost last night, and most of the flowers and fruit were dead. I had to stop after a while, because I was breaking out in a rash. After thumbing through my old medical text books, I determined the rash was obviously either Joan Rivers Disease or just the typical skin reaction to handling...

I think I willed my fiction writing professor into illness this morning. While I love the class, I was just having one of those nights and mornings wwhere I did not want to go to class. I didn't set my alarm last night, but that plan failed. Apparently 6 hours sleep was enough for me. I woke up at 7:30, chipper and ready to roll....

Margarita night. I'm pretty buzzed right now. Just drank a heavens to Margatroid and a blue hawaiin. The Heaven's to Margatroid looked like the Funky Cold Medina from the Tone Loc video, sans the steam. It was octopus gray and on the rocks, a mixture of seven liquors. It got me drunk on just one, and I'm a pretty big guy, and I ate a...

whoa. that is some hair.
Holy Crap, the new selt titled album by The Bronx just gave me like a million music boners. If the notion of super aggressive, uncompromising thrashcore with a hint of Fugazi thrown in for good measure sounds like your kind of thing, buy this album.

haha. music boners.

I'm not getting nearly enough sleep so far this week. Yes, I know its only Monday, and making that claim early on is kind of a broad assertion, but cripes, I got three hours sleep during the night Sunday (ended up sleeping again from noon to three), then last night I got six, which isnt bad, except that it was constantly interrupted by my cat....

Ha! Do you realize the visualization of that made me laugh so hard I snorted? Let's not do that anymore, shall we?
I couldn't sleep last night either. It was the coffee. I laid in bed and watched Trading Spaces after I finished my homework thinking about how bad it was going to suck to get up for kickboxing this morning but Riot went to bed way early yesterday so he had me up bright and early. yippee. mmm coffee. Speaking of foxy kickboxy- I better go. have a good day, mattypants!

Two timeless fibers intertwined
in a pattern, parallel lines
crossing paths, past, present
spun on divine spinnerets,
the silken nexus intercepts,
exposed, aglow in sun lit dew
to eyes renewed from motifs old
woven in strands of sempiternal,
it's seams, it seems, seep and steep
in seconds of familiarity,
composed of strands, beats, measures,
a pulse, alive on skins of conscious sinew
